At Royal Vasthralaya, we understand how eagerly you await your saree. We are committed to ensuring that your order is processed swiftly, packed with care, and delivered safely to your doorstep across India.
1.Order Processing Time
Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, our team begins processing your order immediately.
Processing Timeline: All orders are processed within1–2 business days(Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed before2:00 PM IST on a business day are typically dispatched the same day.
You will receive an order confirmation email/SMS at the time of purchase, followed by a dispatch notification with your tracking details once your order is shipped.
2.Delivery Timelines
Standard Delivery : 3–5 Business Days - Pan-India | Express Delivery : 1–2 Business Days - Select Pin Codes | Remote / Rural Areas: 5–8 Business Days - All Serviceable Pin Codes.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. Royal Vasthralaya is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics partners.
3.Shipping Charges
Shipping Charges : ₹150 – ₹280 (based on location) Express Delivery (any order) - Additional ₹99 – ₹149 | Cash on Delivery (COD) - Additional ₹30 handling fee
4.Delivery Coverage
We deliver to all major cities, towns, and villages across India that are serviceable by our courier partners. To check if we deliver to your pin code, simply enter it at checkout.
Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Kolkata) — 2–3 business days
Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities — 3–5 business days
Remote and rural pin codes — 5–8 business days
Currently, we do not ship internationally. We hope to expand our shipping coverage soon!
5.Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:
An SMS and email with your tracking number and courier partner name
A link to track your shipment in real time
WhatsApp notifications (if opted in during checkout)
You can also track your order directly on our website by visiting the "Track My Order" page and entering your order ID.
6.Packaging
Every saree from Royal Vasthralaya is packed with great care to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. We use:
Protective poly-lined packaging to prevent moisture damage
Tamper-evident seals on all shipments
Signature Royal Vasthralaya gift packaging (available as an add-on at checkout)

7.Failed Delivery Attempts
If the courier partner is unable to deliver your order due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or access issues, they will make up to 3 delivery attempts. After 3 failed attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse.
In case of a returned shipment due to customer unavailability or incorrect address, re-shipping charges will apply.
8.Damaged in Transit
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged due to transit, please do not accept the delivery if the package is visibly tampered with or severely damaged. Contact our support team immediately with photos/video of the package.
⚠️ ImportantPlease record an unboxing video when receiving your order. This is required for raising any claims related to damage, wrong products, or missing items. Claims without video proof cannot be processed.
